Only one (1) account custodian per client is allowed. The RITM is not responsible for choosing the institution’s account custodian. The client is accountable for all data provided through the website.

The registered email in the account should be affiliated with the participating institution. The RITM has the right to suspend or change the email whose owner is not affiliated to the applying institution. An authorized representative of the applying institution can request for revocation of an unauthorized email address utilized for the creation of an institution ARSP account.
The user has the right to withdraw application from ARSP Accreditation. Application fee is non refundable.
The RITM has the right to cancel application should the participants fail to submit requirements at the prescribed deadline.
Updates and other communication from the website will be sent through the official email address (eqap@arsp.com.ph) of the ARSP Secretariat for Accreditation of Bacteriology Laboratories.
